Naira has a vision of innovation and values ​​people and collaboration, building everything together. She is the coordinator of IDEAR, Business School professor and integral professor of the Academic Dean.

Ana Cecília has a receptive mind to new ideas. Creativity is her trademark because she is willing to investigate, understand and get new information about her surroundings. She is a professor at the School of Communication, Arts and Design, academic coordinator at IDEAR and an integral professor at the Academic Dean's Office.

Gabriele is motivated by working in teams and encouraging entrepreneurship in a creative way. Graduated in Business Administration with emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Succession and MBA student in Leadership, Innovation and Management - PUCRS.

Gabriela believes that collaboration between people can change the world. She is Professor of Advertising at School of Communication, Arts and Design, Master in Social Communication at FAMECOS and PhD Student in Communication and Information at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.

Roberta is a full professor of the Psychology course, part of the School of Humanities, and IDEAR.

Eliane likes to work in teams because she believes it brings more motivation to achieve the goals. She graduated in Social Work from the School of Humanity / PUCRS, with a specialization in Social Intervention with Families by the same University.
